Network Timeout – DNS Server setup

hi, my broadcastbyphone is getting failed to connect to sip, and cSeq too small. Why?

If it appears that your network is running too slow for Voicent to successfully contact your SIP service, it may be your DNS server settings are incorrect. If you have only one specified DNS address (as opposed to obtain DNS server address automatically) this may slow down your network to the point that Voicent software will be unable to contact your SIP provider if you are calling multiple lines simultaneously.

To fix this, you will need to either select “obtain a DNS server address automatically” or specify multiple DNS server addresses to use.
