Appointment reminder import fields

I have a couple of questions regarding your Auto Reminder product (we just purchase the Enterprise version):

1. In the comma delimited file, if I want to exclude fields, should I delimit them out (successive commas), include a null (,”",), or a space (,” “,)?

You should use successive commas. And if all other fields are quoted, then include a null (…,”",…) also.

2. Using the normal (non-import) method, the user can specify the appointment date and time separately. I see that the import has no such capacity.
How is is read using text-to-voice? Thanks.

Yes, the import format for time is a combined field of data and time. If the output cannot have the correct format, a conversion program must be written to change the fields to correct format.

Use text-to-speech voice is automatic. For example, if you include a note in the reminder message, the system will automatically read the note using TTS voice.
