Called Date and Time
We are currently using Voicent Broadcast by phone for our campaign. It appear that the program do not provide us with the date and hour like it us to do in the status column. Is there a way to find back those information ? Or is there a way to put back those information on our status log. Those information help us to manage our different campaign.
To turn on the called time in the status column, please select Broadcast > Broadcast Options from the program main menu, then enable the feature.
For the campaigns already finished, you will not be able to recover the data.
