Auto dialer merge phone numbers

I’m looking at your autodialer for a small political campaign. One unanswered question: My Excell database came from the city. The prefix and suffix of the phone number are in different columns. Will the program work with this setup?

It won’t. However, it should be easy to merge the columns of excel spreadsheet.
