Download and installation

Question:

I have downloaded the program and when attempting to install it is throwing up a message saying it can’t find “gateway.msi installation package, please insert the gateway disk or CD which of course I don’t have. I have not found an answer to this problem in going through the FAQ. Please assist me with a solution.

Answer:

You did not download complete package. Try to remove everything and download it again.
