Release 10.3.6 is available for download
After 2 years of hard work, we have finally made available release 10 for public download. So what took us so long?
Release 10 is not a simple release with bug fixes and enhancement to release 9. The new version is a major breakthrough in contact center software, and to some degree in customer relationship management (CRM) software and service.
The key advantages in the new Voicent platform contains:
- A built-in CRM. It is a CRM specifically designed for contact center and sales organizations. It also provides central data management for all customer data and interactions. It unifies all Voicent’s communication tools in voice, text message, and email.
- A web-base User Interface. The user interface is completely redesigned, with consistency, ease of use, and mobile compatible in mind. The result is that almost all features can be directly controlled in a browser, anywhere you have internet connection.
- All contact center tools. These are the powerful communications tools that Voicent has been providing to the industry for more than ten years. Only now, they are fully integrated, more powerful, and more easier to use.
- A powerful workflow engine. Voicent’s workflow engine is smart and easy to use because it has direct access to the CRM and all communications tools on the same software platform.
