Autodialer Windows Vista Support
Starting from release 6, Voicent products support Windows Vista. All programs, Broadcast By Phone autodialer, AutoReminder appointment reminder, AgentDialer predictive dialer, IVR studio for inbound IVR, should all be working the same way as on Windows XP.
The only limitation is voice modem support is still not there. We are still waiting for chipset vendor Conexant to release a Vista driver that supports modem audio streaming. (Technically, it is a driver that supports Microsoft TAPI on Windows Vista). As of the date of this posting, there is still no release date.
You must use Skype with Voicent on Windows Vista. With Skype, calls are made over the Internet. Calls to other skype users are free, and calls made to landlines or cell phones are cheap, for example, 2.1 cents per minute for US phone numbers and most other countries.
