Automatic dialer: MAKE SURE MESSAGE IS RECEIVED

As you can tell from previous postings, there is no guarantee that your message will be delivered to the right person. The only way to do this is to have a confirmation back from the person receiving the call. A confirmation is either a touch tone response or a recorded voice message. Once someone physically presses a key, you can pretty much sure the message is delivered to the right person.

This is very much like the US postal service. Your mail is likely to be delivered. But if you want guarantee, you have to send the mail with delivery confirmation or using registered mail.
