Birthday song over the phone

I’m a music composer from India. I compose personalised songs for various occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, etc. I liked you Voicent product very much and it can be very helpfull for me to play the personalised song to the person celebrating the anniversary/birthday/wedding… over the phone. But the below four modifications are needed. Please let me know the possibilities.

1) I would like to attach different songs to different customers in a day

First, use the built-in Message Designer to create a call message (template), and in the message, play the attached audio file which is your birthday song. When you schedule a call, you can specify the customer name, phone number , and attach the specific song for the customer for to the call, and make sure you select the call message (the one you designed using Message Designer)

2) I would like to have different time schedules for different customers (because my customers lives in different countries, I have to send the personalised songs at different timings in a day)

Each appointment (scheduled call) has its own call time.

3) Audio file of 8khz is sounds like a very poor quality. I want to play an MP3 song to the customer.

The PCM 8KHz 16bit, mono is the global standard for telephone audio. So even you have a great MP3 format, once it plays over the phone (especially to traditional landline), your audio format will be 8Khz. So it is actually better to have the original song in the 8Khz format.

4) Provide an option to schedule all the unfinished calls by time set by us…

Yes, you can simply edition the appointment and reschedule the call time.
