Multiple scheduled calls
I have the professional version of the Phone Broadcast program. I only have one license and 2 lines. I am making a web page that will work with the program (http commands).
What will happen if I have more than one person posting phone numbers, voice recordings etc? Will the program accept more than one person at a time or if there is something scheduled already will the system not take the new information until the first client information is completely called and processed?
Voicent Gateway has a built-in outbound call scheduler, so it should take all the call requests, and if there is no available phone lines, put them in a queue.
It is important to set up the correct value for “firstocc”, which determines the latest time the scheduler should attempt to make the call. If it is too late, the scheduler will display a message “too late to call” and set the call to failed status. For more info about “firstocc”, please check the gateway reference and tutorials.
