Can BroadcastByPhone Autodialer dial German Business #s?

I’d like to ask you the following questions. Is it possible to hang up after one ring? Before the people pick up the phone? Like pingcalls..
And is it possible to use a german business number like 0137….? This number has to show up on the display..
