Auto schedule call forwarding
This is a pre-sales question. We need to schedule a line to be forwarded at our office from 8 AM to 5Pm every day. Our phone provider tells us we need to dial *72 in the morning to set up the forward, and *73 in the evening to turn it off. Can you BroadcastByPhone program do that?
This task is better accomplished by AutoReminder. With AutoReminder, you can schedule a recurring appointment to call *72 at 8:00 AM, and another recurring appointment to call *73 at 5:00PM. Yo may want to create a call message that contains no audio so the phone will be hangup quickly after the numbers are dialed.
