Nigeria dialing rule

We have a Standard Edition of BroadcastByPhone. We are have problem with Dialling Rules for Nigeria. If i am trying to setup the dailling rule for Nigeria what will it be. Nigeria’s international dialling code is 234. We are residence in Nigeria and all the numbers we want to call are nigeria numbers. We ever we try calling it will always line Busy

First, Voicent does not use the default Windows dialing rule, it uses the dialing rules set in Voicent Gateway.

If no rule is set in the gateway, then whatever the phone number you enter into the BroadcastByPhone auto dialer spread will be used for dialing. If you enter 08066622222, the software will dial that number. If you set the gateway dialing rule, such as dial x for outside line, and you set x to be 234, then the software will dial 234 first, followed by the number you enter in the call list spreadsheet.
