What does the call status mean?

Will Try Again. Line disconnected. Call did not go through (01/06/10 11:27:00)
Will Try Again. Line disconnected. Auto disconnect after 10 rings (01/06/10 11:42:00)
Will Try Again. No answer. (01/06/10 11:44:00)

Call did not go through: The system detects the number is a disconnected number.

Auto disconnect after 10 rings: The system hears 10 rings and disconnect the call. The number of rings to disconnect can be set on the gateway > setup > options > advanced.

No answer: The system does not detect any human voice and the call is dropped.

Line occupied. Misc error: This is specific to Skype. You must open the running Skype instance to get more information about “misc error”. Details are not forwarded to Voicent program.

answer machine force disconnect: You have set the call option: “disconnect as soon as an answering machine is detected”, and the call reaches an answering machine

line disconnected: Call disconnected before the message is played. Could be a disconnected phone number

Column Header in the Spreadsheet

I just bought your bbp professional package along with your tts add on. While in my bbp .voc list, I tried to add a column so I can add my contact’s last name. It would not let add the column even when i went into edit > add column

what is the error message?

I get the “NO SPACE IS ALLOWED IN COLUMN HEADER”error message after I get a pop up box that asks me to name the column.

The space in column header name is not allowed. For example, name the column header as LastName instead of Last Name, ie Last (space) Name.

Calendar search appointment

The “search” feature is added to Auto Reminder in the latest 7.4.0 release.

To start search an appointment, select Appointment > Search Appointment… from the program main menu, or simply press the F3 key.

For the name field, you can enter the first name, last name, or first and last name. Name comparison is case insensitive.

For phone number, it will do a direct match. If you enter a 7 digit number, the software will assume you use the default area code when comparing with a 10 digit number.

Other fields are obvious.
