Setup FreedomIq
I need to find out if this system can work with freedomiq
It should be. In general, you should be able to setup any SIP based VOIP service provider.
Some websites and service providers may not mention SIP, but they usually are SIP based since SIP is the standard for VOIP service. The noticeable exception is Skype (by the way, Voicent supports Skype also) which uses a proprietary protocol. But even Skype is going to support SIP soon.
One sure way to test your VOIP service provider is to use a soft-phone. On FreedomIq’s website, it mentions using X-Lite softphone for their service. Ask their support about how to setup the softphone, and then use the same settings for Voicent software. Each phone line of Voicent is started as a softphone, so if you can configure a softphone to make phone calls, you can configure Voicent software to make phone calls too.
