Autodialer plays back unique response

Question: I intend to program the broadcast dialer to have parents for our students select various options. Will the system allow for a unique response to be played back to the call recipient after they select the option?

Yes, but you must use BroadcastByPhone autodialer with Voicent IVR Studio.

The built-in Message Designer of Broadcast By Phone only supports one level of interaction – it only collects the key pressed and then do the following:

1. transfer the call
2. record a message
3. confirm or replay the message

With IVR Studio, you can design any level of interactions. The BroadcastByPhone video demo library includes the sample of using IVR Studio.
