Voicent reseller program

We have recently initiated the request to become a reseller of your product, currently we use the Alcatel-Lucent solutions for telephony , but we would like to increase the level of services offered thanks to your product (IVR Studio). We would like to know if there is a way to have support for the first configuration or the documentation. Secondly, we would like to know the discounts dedicated to Reseller.

Currently, we can offer you the support for the first configuration and the documentation that helps you to configure the system. Please let us know what type of support you would need, or the documentation that can help you. We will provide them.

Secondly, the initial purchase does offer discount. After the initial purchase, the discount will be granted for at 30% of the sales price if you sell the 2-8 licenses of identical product, and 50% of the sales price if you sell 9+ licenses of identical product within one calendar quarter.
