bulk sms text messaging software

I just want to know how many contacts per minute can receive a text message with the enterprise license of Bulk Text Message BroadcastBySMS Software. I mean the ratio of text messages to minutes. I want to send a text message to around 1 million contacts in just minutes. Is that possible with this software?

Voicent BroadcastBySMS is a software you download on to your own computer and send out text message based on your own text message service plan. Although the software does not have the limit on how many channels it can support, it is limited by the number of service plan (or SIM cards) you have.
