Release 8 installation problem

I have downloaded voicent 8.0 for demo evaluation. Problem on installing the voicent gateway. Error message shown is limited system privilleges. The error message is: Service ‘Voicent Gateway’ (VoicentGateway) failed to start. Verify you have sufficient privileges to start system service

The actually cause is some missing libraries files on the computer system. To fix that, download and install the microsoft redistribution libraries.

After the libraries are installed, install Voicent program again. If you have strict user access control on windows Vista or Windows 7 computer, you may need to install the software under C:\Voicent instead of C:\Program Files\Voicent.
