Autodialer: Broadcast using a scheduled call list

When I have a delayed schedualed dialing using a common voc file (for the message) I get a eror message that doesn’t allow the second project to open.

Yes, this is by design.

When a call list is scheduled to call, the system needs to make sure that the status column is not set by other broadcast activities. If the status column is set, the scheduled broadcast will no nothing.

You can copy the call list and save it as another file.

Copy autodialer message to another computer

If have a existing PC loaded with messages and intend to use the same list of messages for another PC (with BBP auto dialer), can I export the messages into a file and import them in the new PC? Or do I have to recreate in the new PC?

Actually, all you need to do is copy the following file:

C:\Program Files\Voicent\BroadcastByPhone\data\stdmsg.txt

Please also make sure to copy the audio files to the new PC and put them in the folder with the same path and name.

Call list files (.voc) are are regular Windows files. Just copy them to the new PC.

Autodialer schedule broadcast

if I have a new call list that I have scheduled to start calling (lets say) the next day at 10.00 a.m., do I have to keep my PC on all the time overnight?

Yes and no. If you turn on the PC the next day before 10:00am, you do not need to keep your PC on overnight.

If it is an unfinished call list that is to be continued the next day, will it start from where it left off or will it start from the beginning again?

It will start from where it left off.
