Force Dialer, force dial

Voicent AgentDialer is a semi-automatic autodialer for inproving your sales and marketing campaigns. Agent Dialer is also known as a Force dialer.

The difference between a fully automated dialer (BroadcastByPhone) and a semi-automatic dialer (AgentDialer) is whether dialing actions are controlled by human or not. Using Agent Dialer, a user presses F5 to have the system rapidly dials the next phone number on the call list. Once connected, he can either talk on the phone or press a key to play an audio message; he can record the conversation; he can also transfer the call to another line. With autodialer, all these actions are fully automated and no human intervention is required.

The ability to play a pre-recorded message can be a lifesaver if you have to say to same message over and over again to answering machines.
