Appointment reminder retry calls

Can Auto Reminder be set to retry a call if a busy signal is encountered? IF VM answers?

Yes, by default, it is set to Retry = 3. You can set the retry value under the Appointment menu > Customize Appointment.

If the message is left on answering machine, the call is considered successful. It will not be retried. However, you can set the call to fail if you do not want to leave message on voice mails. To do so, open Voicent gateway > Setup > Options > Advanced tab > set “disconnect as soon as answering machine is detected”.
