Setup auto dialer call transfer when Skype is used

I am trying to setup call transfer in the Broadcast by Phone program and am having difficulties.

I am using skype and have unlimited skype out credits.

Please advise clearly how to setup call transfer using skype. I’ve followed your instructions but cannot get it to work. I would like when the program detects a human, if that person chooses to do so, can connect to a real person by dialing zero. The program will then connect the person to my cell phone.

Please advise how this is done and if it’s possible using skype.

1. Open Voicent Gateway, select Setup > Options > Call Transfer. Select Transfer to the following phone number, and enter your 11 digit cell phone number in the box below.

2. Use Message Designer of BroadcastbyPhone to design a custom message, make sure to add a confirmation item for call transfer when 0 is pressed. For more details, please select Help > Product Walkthrough from the program main menu. Then take a look at topics related to Message Designer and confirmation and feedback.

3. Select the newly designed message for your call list. (Broadcast main menu > Select Message)

4. Run broadcast as usual
