Using VOIP service such as Vonage for autodialer

VOIP services are getting more and more popular. We have many customers using VOIP service, such as Vonage, for their autodialers.

One common problem with VOIP servces is that they are not as reliable as the traditional phone services. You might not get a dial tone always, especially after the system have made many calls continuously. If you are getting many line occupied call results, or even system crashes, you should do the following:

1). Make sure you have enough internet connection bandwidth.

This is especially important for multiline autodialers.

2). Set up call interval to slow down the automatic calls.

Go to Voicent Gateway, select Setup > Options > Outbound.
