Multiple call transfer numbers

is it only possible to use the default transfer phone # to transfer calls to an outside line or can you have a default phone # per record or per call list using BrodcastByPhone

The call transfer is set at Voicent Gateway, so whatever is set their will be used for call transfer. It does take a list of phone numbers to transfer calls in turn.

Otherway is to set busy call forwarding on the phone line itself. So if it is busy, the call gets transferred to the next line. But that’s outside the control of Voicent gateway.
