I have 2 problems and i’m not sure if one has to do with the other.. voicent is not running through skype, it is still running through my modem. I tried unpluging my voice modem and voicent thinks the line I’m calling is busy. I want to try using skype.

Please select from Voicent gateway main menu > Setup > Options > Modems, then disable all the listed voice modems.

When I try running through the voice modem and choose the option to transfer call, the recording says “please hold while your call is transfered” then windows shuts down. I then have to manualy unplug and plug back in the computer to start up again. I have tried this more than once and it does the same thing.

You have to setup the call transfer mode and phone numbers. Please select from Voicent gateway main menu > Setup > Options > Call Transfer. Click the Help button to learn more.
