Yes. But unlike Skype, you must use a voice modem and connect it to MagicJack in order to make phone calls.
For many VOIP services, such as MagicJack or Vonage, they do not provide an access programming interface like Skype, so there is no way to control these services directly from Voicent programs. However, these services, usually provide an analog phone adapter, i.e., Vonage router and MagicJack USB key, to allow regular phone to connect and make phone calls. For example, to connect to MagicJack, simply connect the modem LINE jack to the phone jack of MagicJack.
Voicent program works with analog phone line by using a voice modem. A voice modem is a regular data/fax modem that is also capable of playing and receiving voices over the phone line. For more information about voice modem, please see Modem FAQ
