Polling margin of error

I have been recently looking at political polling software like yours and couldn’t find on your website the margin of error of your phone surveys and was wondering if you have any data on that?

Margin of error is mainly determined by the sample size vs. the population size. Assuming random sampling, you should be able to calculate it from the sample size and population size. In reality, true random sample is not that easy. For example, older people tend to answer surveys more often then younger people – this is sometime called “weighting”. You will need to further adjust you collected samples to make it more representative. A good review of this topic can be found here: 5 key things to know about the margin of error in election polls

Voicent software does not control or collect margin of error info. There are too many factors go beyond the survey execution itself.

However, the software does provide survey result export, making it easier to send the data over to any data analytics program.
