Remote Recording

I have a 6-line enterprise edition set up on a PC in a server room. I tried to Remote Desktop into this pc from my pc at my desk to set up a new broadcast. Everything seems to work ok except when I call to record the message I never hear the voice to prompt me to record the message. Is there a remote sw package that would allow me to set up messages remotely from another pc?

The easy way is to install BroadcastByPhone program on a client computer and use it directly. For details, please see Windows Start > All Programs > Voicent > Enterprise edition setup guide.

Broadcast Phone List Simultaneously

I’d like to buy enterprise edition with 8 lines. I’m interested in if each line can broadcast different massages to different phone list simultaneously

You could broadcast different phone list simultaneously and each use a different message. Support you have 8 call lists (8 .voc files), and each has its own message. Here are the steps to set this up:

1). Open the first call list
2). Select Broadcast > Select Message from the program main menu, and select the desired call message
3). Start the broadcast
4). From the Broadcast Call Control Dialogn window, in the option area, select “use no more than 1 line”, and continue
5). Repeat 1 – 4 for other call lists

The only thing you cannot specify is which line to use for which call list. For VOIP service, these lines are exactly the same – each line is simply a channel of the same VOIP account.
