Email Status

I need to know when the application reaches the end of the list, and stops sending emails. I don’t see any change in the gui when it completes. Is there any indication visual or hidden after the last email is sent? Thanks

The status should be updated in real time. Once an email is sent, the status will be updated on the status column for that email address.

If you need to resend emails to the same list, you need to clean the status column first.

Appointment file for billing company

I need to send the files that contain future patient appointments to my billing company through email. I can not figure out which files these are, could you please let me know which files these would be and possibly how to send them?

All the appointment files are kept under the folder:

C:/Program Files/Voicent/AutoReminder/appt

They are organized by year, month, and date. Each separate file represents a different appointment. They are internal files meant to be read by programs, but you should be able to tell the patient’s name and appointment start and end time from the file.

The other method is to do an appointment report. Select View > Call Report… from the program main menu, and select the date, then click the Save to File button.

Called Date and Time

We are currently using Voicent Broadcast by phone for our campaign. It appear that the program do not provide us with the date and hour like it us to do in the status column. Is there a way to find back those information ? Or is there a way to put back those information on our status log. Those information help us to manage our different campaign.

To turn on the called time in the status column, please select Broadcast > Broadcast Options from the program main menu, then enable the feature.

For the campaigns already finished, you will not be able to recover the data.
