Automatic dialing call made time

I am wondering if there was a way to see the time of day when each call list was run

Every phone call made is logged. You can see that info under

C:\Program Files\Voicent\Gateway\logs

There are a lot info in those log files, but you can search for “Making call … ” followed by phone number. The time of the call is listed at the beginning of the line. So look for the phone number of the first row of your call list, the time listed should be the time the broadcast is started.

Everytime you restart Voicent Gateway (or reboot your machine), the log file is overwritten. The system will keep one backup copy of the logs.

In the coming release (5.1), BroadcastByPhone should have an option to add an column for call time.

Missing Voicent Gateway Icon

Somehow my Gateway Icon disappeared today. How can I get it back?

You might want to reboot your machine to see whether it comes back.

Or right mouse click on the Windows Taskbar, click Properties, then click the Customize… button.

Find Voicent Gateway icon, then choose Always Show.

Install multiple voice modems

I have multiple modems installed, but it seems the system only recognize the first one. What should I do?

1. First, please make sure all modems are firmly pushed into the PCI slots.

2. Then make sure the correct voice modem driver is installed. For details please see: modem FAQ #5

3. Go to Windows Control Panel > Phone and modem options, then choose the modems tab. If there is only one modem listed, please click the Add… button to have the Windows OS to recognized the rest of the installed modem.

4. If you have an old computer, the PCI slot might have some problem. Try to clean it or change to a different one (if there is another one available)
