Yes. As long as you have an computer with analog phone line, you should be able to use the system. You can also telephone record any lanuguage you like.
You do need to run Windows Operating system in English.

Can Voicent system go in the languages other that English? Russian? Chinese? Hindu? etc
A:
You can record reminder message in your own voice in any language you like. However, the text to speech portion is English only, and you need to run Windows in English.

Does this software have the capability to remember groups? for instance – Group A is 20 specific phone numbers and Group B is 20 specific phone numbers, then depending on which group i want it to call I just input Group A or Group B and so on…
Answer:
Yes, you can create call lists name Group_A, Group_B, etc as speadsheet files. You can create as many groups (files) as you like. There is no limit on how many groups you can create.
