Voicent allows you to use your existing CRM with our product. To enable 3rd-party CRM, click Setup > Setup CRM

Enter your Voicent CRM credentials, then choose your CRM provider from the list of eligible providers. Enter the required information, and click OK

Voicent Gateway is a development platform. Voicent and 3rd party vendors can install applications to the gateway and further extend its capabilities.

The call scheduler is a pre-installed application on the gateway. Please do not remove it, otherwise you will not be able to schedule and make phone calls.

The application vendors should provide you with the instruction for installing their applications.

Scheduled Call

All calls are made through Voicent Gateway. Applications like BroadcastByPhone and AutoReminder simply send call requests to the gateway for making phone calls. To see what are the scheduled calls in the queue, select Operation > Scheduled Calls… from the program main menu.

To clean up the queue, simply click on the Delete All button. Normally you would not need to do clean up, the gateway and applications do it automatically. But sometimes it might be necessary, computer crash and some unexpected events can corrupt the queue.
