Pridictive Dialer Usage

Problem:

Predictive Dialer starts to dial the next number before I have finished on a call

Answer:

This should not happen if you are using release 5 or later.

For older releases. When the predictive dialer alert you for a live connection, it will pop up an alert window, click on the Answer button, pick up the phone, and talk to the person. The answer button will become Release button. Do NOT click on the Release button. After you conversation, hang up the phone and then click on the release button. The dialer should continue.

There maybe other voice modem brand available, but Voicent modem works the best with Voicent autodialer software. This modem is to fit desktop internal PCI slot only. It does not work on any type of notebook or laptop.

I am interested in the auto reminder pro software I need something that will broadcast over
multilines like with a 4 port card will this software do that and is there a charge per line license
pleas email me back right away very interested.

Answer:
Yes, the software will broadcast 4 phone lines simultaneously. But each phone
line will use one modem card. You need to install 4 modem card on to your computer PCI slots.
Our current promotion(june, 2006) for 4-line system license is $895, including 4 modems.
