audio format conversion

Question:
How do I convert the .wav audio file format that is no recognized
by the program?

Answer:
The format must be in 8khz, 16 bit mono in order to work. You
can conver the format using MS sound recorder. See

I\’m looking at the 4-line Professional System. What kind of spec should my computer have in
order for it to operate smoothly?

Answer:

If you don’t use Voicent Natrual TTS, any Pentium 4 with windows XP, 512MB,
2GB would work fine.

If you use Voicent Natrual TTS, the memory requirement should double (1GB)
because TTS uses a lot of memory.
