international dialing rule

Question:

Does the system work in German and other countries?

Answer:
Yes. Due to the natrual of the autodialer product, this software can work in
any language. The recording message can be anything from human voice,
music and other sounds. The dialing rule can be specified to each individual
requirement.

However, the Voicent Natrual Text-To-Speech is only in English voice.

Phone line and voice modem

Question:
We purchased your Voicent modem and installed it, but still can not get a dial tone or make it
work. We have DSL (Broad Band connection). We have analog phone connections. I have not connected a
phone line from the wall outlet to the computer. Is that why I can\’t get a dial tone or
connection? Sorry for being so ignorant, but I thought the broad band connection from the telephone
company gives us telephone connection. Please advise!

Answer:
Yes. In order to get the dial tone, you need to connect the voice modem to the analog portion of the line,
not digital portion(DSL). To test it out, use a spare phone connect to the “PHONE” jack of the modem
to see if you have a dial tone. For more detailed information, see trouble shooting in the program
Help menu.
