Auto dialer scheduled calls clean up

I have the Voicenet Broadcast by Phone Professional edition and had not any problems with it for about 6 months, but about 3 months ago, when I set-up a new call list and schedule a time for it to start calling, it will not come on. Each day, I have to go into the software and manually start the calls because of the schedule calls to start function quit working.

Maybe there are some corrupted files. Please try the following clean up:

1). From BroadcastByPhone, select Broadcast > Scheduled Broadcast… from the program main menu, cancel all broadcast.

2). Go to Voicent Gateway, select Operation > Scheduled Calls… from the main menu. remove all scheduled calls.
