1. Can your product support to show different number on patient’s caller ID? Say when calling for Dr. X then one number and when calling Dr. Y then different number.

2. Can your product support to identify whether it is voicemail or the real person or FAX tone? When voice mail then play different message and when real person then allow receiver to listen message, repeat, confirm appointment, cancel or request for reschedule by pressing specific digit.
