When I start my broadcast, a new window opens and the broadcast starts. Why?
If you start a broadcast right away, there will be no new window.
If you schedule a broadcast, there will be new window. This is necessary. For example, if you schdule a broadcast next week, and your machines have been power on/off several times, a new
instance of BroadcastByPhone (window) must be used.
When using command line vcast, it requires a call list file list.voc as an input. How to dynamically generate a voc file?It looks like in a binary format. Is there a command to convert a text file to a voc file?

Here is the Microsoft Vista 32 Bit dirver update for Voicent 3025 and Zoom 3025C. It works for data and fax but not voice. So you still cannot use the modem for Voicent on Vista. If you have Vista, you must use Skype for Voicent.
The best way to install is to just extract file and point Vista to the location where you unzipped the file when it finds the modem as new hardware and it should automatically install the modem.
You can also extract the file and then run the setup. Be aware that this will give you error message “driver installation failed. Could not find modem” Shut down system and install modem and it should automatically install and find modem.
