Voicent Customer Experience Testimonial

Yesterday there was a hiccup in Voicents database syncing up with some items I was trying to process and I was only given a generic error code. So I searched google and of course focused on every bad review even though most were from 2008 and 2009. But I was preparing my self to feel like I had been taken..even if it was just for my time. So I sent an email to from what I had read was a black hole of ignored support tickets… But not only did they fix the problem at hand they emailed me right away saying we are aware of it and will update you of the progress. then sure enough a very short time later I got another email saying problem resolved. And it was fixed indeed. Sooo the only point I wanted to make was when you do read reviews before purchasing software that costs more then a most like to spend blindly. When you read the reviews check out when they were written problems and bugs from 7 years ago dont apply to today. Plus if the whole site is strictly dedicated to bad reviews and dosnt allow positive feedback be careful. A site like that could make Mr Rogers look like Charlie Sheen. So thats my 2 cents. Add a buck 48 and maybe have enough for a soda.

AutoReminder integration with MDFlow & Netsmart

Our AutoReminder software has been around for over 10 years, helping thousands of doctors, dentist, or anyone needing to remind their customers of appointments. From day one when our users will still using PCI Analog phone modem cards to now, we have wanted to make our Appointment Reminding software, as easy, flexible and effective as possible. Our main goal with development of our Auto Reminding software is to support as many platforms as possible, and we are happy to announce support for MDFlow & Netsmart EMR software.

What type of integration do we offer?
We offer varying levels of support from complete integration to basic import & export integration.

Complete Integration
This type of integration is by far the most thorough and effective integration. It will allow Voicent AutoReminder to automatically pull appoinment information 1 day, 1 hour, or any other specified time before the appointment to be called. Then after the reminder contacts your clients and lets them confirm, cancel or reschedule their appointment, update the MDFlow & Netsmart customer information to reflect appropriately.

Basic Import & Export
For users who do not want the complete package we offer another method of automatically reminding your clients. This route will have your staff export an appointment listing that they can then import directly into Voicents’ AutoReminder to be called. Once the end users are called your staff can export the results into a CSV file for scrubbing.

AutoReminder with Oscar EMR system

Our practice uses the EMR system called Oscar a lot, and we are still manually doing patient appointment reminders. Does Voicent’s AutoReminder provide integration with Oscar, and if so what type of integration?

Yes, we offer two types of integration.

  1. Import & Export
  2. Direct Database Access for Full Automation

Import -> Export Integration
This is the most common usage of our AutoReminder integration with Oscar EMR. It will require your receptionist once a week or once a day to export the appointments from the system and import the appointments into Voicent’s AutoReminder. Then once at the end of the day or at the end of the week you would pull the results out of the AutoReminder.

Direct Database Access
This is the easiest and fully automated route that we recommend our customers to take. This will allow a once a day task that will automatically pull appointments for tomorrow to have Phone calls, SMS text messages, and emails automatically sent to them.

This the direct database access method will work by having Voicent software automatically go to the database directly and pull out the information it needs, this will allow the system to deliver a unique message for each person individually with a catered to confirmation option.

The results of the automated solution can automatically send an email, can have the canceled appointments automatically reflect in Oscar, and a plethora of other options.

The Oscar EMR system uses a standard SQL database structure, that will allow us to directly access appointment information, leaving all other information in place to maintain HIPPA compliance.
