Help! Why is AutoReminder repeating each call three times! Each patient receives 3 reminders…

Today the system start repeat each call three times!!! Each patient receives 3 reminders.
Please, check to see what is going on.

This problem was previously discovered, by one of our customers, to be associated with the Windows Scheduler. The user ran a script that imports CSV files into the AutoDialer scheduled to run every morning. After the import procedure is completed, the script will change the name of the file with the current date. And each time the user upgrades BroadcastByPhone, the scheduler stops working. To fix the problem, the user needs to delete the current schedule and create a new one.

The last week after upgrade, when I create a new schedule, I receive an error message, so I re-recreated schedule the second time, but it didn’t show up in the Task Schedule. Then I created a new one, again with a different name and it worked. As a result, I had a script running 3 times to import the same file at the same time. The only way to see that and delete the scheduled tasks was from the command line using this command: “schtasks /delete /TN TaskName”

Sending Appointment Reminders via Text

We currently do outbound dial for appointment reminders but would like to know what is required in accordance with your software in order to send appointment reminders via text. For example do we need to purchase an SMS finder?

In order to do SMS reminders, you would need to purchase our BroadcastBySMS, a GSM Modem, and a GSM Based SIM Card from AT&T, T-Mobile, or any other GSM network provider.

Then you can plug their cellular numbers in, and design a SMS message, and broadcast it.

Looping the call list with BroadcastByPhone

We would like to be able to input a list of phone numbers and have the software dial these number multiple times. right now, once a list of numbers is dialed, that call list stops. Is there a way to loop the call list so that the numbers on the list are called until we tell the program to stop calling?

It sounds like you are trying to get rid of illegal street signs, the best way to duplicate the phone numbers is to high light all of them and copy and paste them back into your call list. Doing this will duplicate the records so your system will call them twice, then copy and pasting again will make 4 copies, and so on and so forth.

Do you have a version of your software that will allow us to call a list of numbers on a rotating cycle (loop)? The procedure below works, but it requires that we reinitiate the list if we want to keep calling.

We currently only offer the ability to reschedule for the next day, the need for restarting call lists automatically when done is not requested for the industries we provide our software solution for. We recommend copy and pasting your phone numbers in multiple times, so that the call list would be longer. For Illegal Signs Removal, we recommend going with a custom project that we could build for you.

This custom Illegal Signs Removal System, would let you:

1) Easily add phone numbers
2) Easily remove phone number
3) Keep track of how many times you called a certain number
4) Keep track of all your call history
5) Automatically restart the list, when done

Attached is a mark up image of the aforementioned system.

If you are interested in this custom project, please let us know and we can provide an accurate quote based on what feature(s) you would want.

For the provided mark up, we ball park the price to $2,000~
