Does this work on the Nortel CS1000. We would like to use it in a SIP configuration.
Our products will work with the Nortel CS1000, you can either configure a SIP Extension within the Nortel CS1000 to connect with Voicent systems, set up a SIP trunk, or have an analog line extension with an SPA3102(Additional piece of hardware) to let the computer dial out of your analog line.
Do you have instructions on how to do this. The CS1000 uses Nodes and TN’s. I am not sure how to program this into the Voicent software.
We found the Nortel CS1000 user guide on line and the base version of it does not support SIP extensions. You will need to upgrade the Nortel and purchase SIP Extension licensing from your Nortel provider. The easiest route will most likely be analog for the Nortel CS 1000.
