AutoReminder message designer features

We currently have Voicent AutoReminder 9.0.2. For medical and dental appointment reminder calls, we used the Message Designer to create audio messages that patients hear when they answer their phones. Does this product have the capability of providing the date (including day of the week, i.e. Monday, Wednesday, etc.) and time of patients’ appointments in languages other than English? For example, Spanish and/or Portuguese? Do you have any other products that perform this function that could be used with Voicent AutoReminder?

oicent AutoReminder software currently does not offer other language voice recordings. The only way is to use Text to Speech, such as Spanish or Portuguese text to speech engine.

Although we are not focusing on other language voice recordings addon to Auto Reminder, we maybe able to ask our developer to do it as a customized project. If you are interested in a customized project, we can provide a quote for you. Let us know if you are interested.

Generate leads for insurance agent with Voicent auto dialer and CRM

I am an independent insurance agent. I would like to have a system that will call my phone list of leads that I buy and broadcast a prerecorded message to someone who answers and allow them to press a number in order to talk with me if they are interested. I also need a CRM system to track all my customers and make appointments or callbacks with them. Also I would like to have a calendar integration with my Google calendar. Then a sms or a call to my customer to remind them of their appointment.

I’ve got my own asterisk server, it have a specific dialplan along with a gateway gsm and few gsm card of brazilian providers, What I want to do is use your software but make calling trough my server. I mean, I want to use the utilities of your software but still with my dialplan.
